1999 Helped lead PLU to first ever conference title as well as playoff appearances in 1996, 1998, 1999 and a regional birth in 1999

2000 Set then school record with 167 aces

2000 Named athlete of the year at PLU

2000-02 Puget Sound Volleyball Club coached 16-2's and 14-1's to top 7 finishes in the region.

2010-12 Lake Tapps Volleyball Club. Nationals appearances in 2010 and 2011 with U-17s and U-18s teams. Regional Champions in 2010.

2003-present Head Coach of Rogers High School

2007 SPSL South Coach Of The Year and All Area Coach of the Year for The News Tribune.

2005-present made 7 straight districts appearances with Rogers High School.

2006-08, 2011 State Appearances at Rogers High School, finishing 7th and 6th in 2006 and 2007.
